Unique Shopping Experience in Sister Bay
Sister Bay still has much of the Scandinavian influence of it's founders. The Swedish and Norwegian presence can be felt and seen in the architecture of many of the small buildings and homes in the area. You will find many Scandinavian dishes at the local restaurants and there is no shortage of Swedish and Norwegian flags and craft work at the various gift shops that are tucked snugly together along the main street. To this day, it is still not uncommon to see a number of people here wearing clogs, though now-a-days they are no longer carved out of wood.
Second only to Sturgeon Bay in size, Sister Bay has a large number of shops and stores that cover a wide variety of interests.
