A Beautiful Village On The Bay

Egg Harbor is a beautiful village located on the Bay side of Door county. You can get there by traveling north on HWY 42 or up Bay Shore Drive (a more scenic route down a twisty wooded road with tall bluffs and water views), both are accessed through Sturgeon Bay.Â
Egg harbor is at the bottom of a small valley that leads down to the Bay. One of the most admired aspects of this town are the amazing sunsets.

As you drive through the village you can't help but notice all the roadside flowers and landscaping. This is such a prominent aspect of the village that it has become a main stop for the Festival of Blossoms that takes place every spring. In the fall you can celebrate at the Pumpkin Patch festival, which is great for family fun.
